This is the website of Gloss by Jessica Lancashire. This privacy policy sets out how Jessica Lancashire MUA uses and protects any information that you give when you use this website.

Gloss by Jessica Lancashire is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Gloss by Jessica Lancashire may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from May 2017.

For each visitor to our site, the web server automatically recognises the visitor's domain name, but not the e-mail address. I collect the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to the site and the e-mail addresses and telephone numbers of those who communicate with me via e-mail. The information I collect is used to improve the content of the site and used to respond to people who contact me. With respect to cookies: I use cookies to record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit. No contact information is ever shared with a third party.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please take a moment to read the Terms and Conditions before submitting your booking form and deposit payment.

A deposit of 50% is required to secure a wedding date booking, which can be paid online via PayPal. This deposit will be deducted from your final payment. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid in full to Jessica Lancashire.

As soon as the deposit has been paid your date is booked for yourself and yourself only. A trial date will then be arranged. Once this is arranged the trail invoice will be sent to you and must be paid in full, prior to the trial.

The remaining balance is payable to Jessica Lancashire once you have had your trial, this final balance is to be paid in full prior to your wedding date. All booking information has to be confirmed at the trial, this includes all number of other bridal members. You may add to your booking after the trial but will not be able to deduct from your booking. If you decide to deduct from the booking, you are not liable to money back.

For occasion makeup, a full, non-refundable, deposit of £15 is required to secure your booking.

Until this deposit is paid your booking is not secured.

The deposit is completely non refundable regardless of the reason. Any cancellations that take place will not receive the deposit back.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

Travel costs are dependent on your location and travel required. This is worked out using your postcode and will be emailed to you at time of enquiry.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation due to dissatisfaction with trials: If any issues are not resolved after proven discussion with Jessica Lancashire, and if necessary an assistant, at the trial, then clients must contact Jessica Lancashire no later than 24 hrs after the trial or full charges will apply.

Cancellations at least 28 working days prior to wedding date; full payment minus booking fee will be waived, unless trials have been provided, then relevant trial charges as per your tariff will be charged for services completed.

Bookings cancelled less than 28 working days prior to the wedding date, irrelevant of trials being completed; a 60% charge of the cost will apply for loss of business and incurred costs.

Wedding bookings cancelled less than 15 working days prior to the wedding date, irrelevant of trials being completed; full invoice charges will apply for loss of business and incurred costs.
